PARLOR
occured on January 3rd and 4th, 2009 in New Orleans at the new Jazz and Heritage Center. We presented the works of New Orleans writer/director Melanie Maria Goodreaux and writer/director/producer Charles E. Drew Jr. and featured New Orleans native actors and performers.

These original works have been performed in New York City, New Jersey and Los Angeles. We were very proud to have introduced them for the first time ever in New Orleans!

PARLOR's intimate salon style setting was modeled after the literary salons of bygone eras. The goal was to induce an intriguing dialogue and social exchange and to have a good ole time!
